REALLY?!

Really, Landlords of New Jersey?

I found this lil gem whilst browsing the housing listings on craigslist.  And this is why I love the internet, folks.  It truly is a public forum:

$100 / 3br - Shame on you Landlord/Property Mgrs (New Jersey Idiotic State)

I am simply flabbergasted and appalled with the requested rent amount you landlords/realtors and property managers are asking for. Most people who are looking for an apartment are searching most likely due to poor credit and/ or low income. And you scums of the earth have decided to take advantage of their situation. Then to add salt to the womb you expect people to come up with first month rent, 2 months security deposit, realtor's fee, conduct a background check, criminal check, 2 month worth of paystubs, salary that's 3x the amount of the rent after taxes, and no evictions. And the kicker in the butt-holds is that you required a prospect to pay a $100 application fee. Images someone who's on a budget looking and applying to 5 apartments....that's $500.00 paid. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! You greedy half-breed nitwits.

And what we get is an apartment where we can't use the backyard, can't have guest after 9:00 PM, no parking, and all utilities NOT included. Your unit is not worth what you're asking for. Just because you use the word "Renovate" or "Luxury" doesn't mean what you put into the unit is worth what you're asking for. Lastly with a single 2hr window showing during typical work hours of 9-5......REALLY!!! You Senseless, asinine, moronic, harebrained, worthless, prunes

My daily prayer is that you find a tenant that completely screws you over in paying rent and completely damages your property ~ALMOST~ beyond repair & that this happens with the next 10 consecutive tenants.

Idiotic Landlords asking TOO MUCH MONEY!!

REALY? This guy (or gal?) NEEDS to know, or at least needs YOU, the person seeking housing, to know that LANDLORDS IN NEW JERSEY ARE ASKING FOR WAY TOO MUCH for rent!
